Product Information

This 12,500 lb Winch Conversion Kit converts a 9,000 lb. electric winch into a 12,500 lb. winch. Use the the provided housing, cover, bolts, planetary gear, transfer gasket, worm gasket and motor seal for this conversion. You will use the existing motor, motor gear, idler gear and one of the transfer gears of your 9,000 lb winch to complete the conversion.

No instructions but was pretty self explanatory if you have an idea on what your doing. Could have used better quality control couple hole didn’t line up and had to deburr a bunch of the holes.
